Congratulations to junior Madeleine Albert and senior Ayah Al-Tabbal for their works and recognition in this year's Congressional Art Awards!
Madeleine Albert took 3rd Place and earned a cash prize for her mixed media piece, Insanity, Meet Vulnerability.
Ayah Al-Tabbal received an Honorable Mention for her photograph, Glow Stick.
From 177 entries in this year's competition, only eleven pieces were chosen and recognized for awards. All eleven pieces, including those of Albert and Al-Tabbal, are currently on display at Mark Arts. After this month, they'll go on display at Congressman Ron Estes' District Office.
