Spartan swimmers pose together with their medals at the State Swim Meet

The Spartan Boys' Swim Team performed well as as individuals AND as a team at the 5-1A State Meet Saturday, breaking school records in the process.

Adam Sandid snagged two State titles - one in the 50-yard Freestyle with a new school record of 00:21.30, and another in the 100-yard Freestyle with a new school record of 00:46.73!

Joseph Gadalla placed 5th in the 200-yard Individual Medley with a new school record of 2:01.95, then placed 7th in the 100-yard Breaststroke.

The team of Joseph Gadalla, Daniel Hechenberger, Charlie Nolan, and Adam Sandid tied for 9th in the state overall; placed 9th in the 200-yard Medley Relay; and took 5th in the 200-yard Freestyle Relay.
