We are excited to see your children again; we've missed them so much! Our community has been through a lot recently, and we are looking forward to easing back into our routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained: our commitment to you.
As we move forward with providing great summer camps and classes with great instructors, our top priority is the health and safety of our students, teachers, and staff. In an effort to minimize exposure to and the spread of COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to ensure your health and safety. Summer Explorations will open slowly in 3-week stages as public health information unfolds.
Phase 1: June 1-June 19
Camps and classes which are designated childcare as licensed by KDHE will be open, including preschool classes, Little Spartans Day Camp, Young Explorers, Spartan Quest, and Camp Collegiate. The high school Government & Economics for credit course will begin online. Decisions for the camps and classes which are not a part of the childcare license will be made on or before May 13.

Payments will be refunded if any activity/event is cancelled by Wichita Collegiate School at any time. If the event is NOT cancelled, a refund minus an administration fee for each course will be given if the request to withdraw is made by E-mail prior to two weeks before the first day of class. The administration fee will be either $25.00 or 5.5% of the class fee, whichever is greater.
Registration Helpful Hints:
Use age/grade/level filter OR session type filters to see all classes available. They do not work together.
The date filter 'starts after and ends before' should be used in this way: for a class on June 5-9, enter the dates June 4 and June 10.
This system is fully tested to work properly on Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome. Desktop versions work best.
For security reasons, all of the registration form pages on ACTIVE.com have pre-set time limits for completion.
There is a time limit of 60 minutes of inactivity for the registration form, but if you move your mouse, click on the screen or type, the timer will restart.
There is a time limit of 15 minutes to complete check-out. There is no keep alive functionality. You have 15 minutes to finish once you hit the check-out page.

Spartan Quest and Camp Collegiate Important Information:
Drop-in attendance is not possible. All registration and payment is required in advance via the online registration system. Students must enroll by noon the Friday before so we can plan for staff and transportation needs. Partial week enrollment is only available with teacher approval. If you have a special request, please have it approved by the teachers (Scott Hawley or John Leddy) prior to enrolling. In addition, these classes require a health assessment, emergency medical consent, and permission to attend all field trips prior to the first day of class.

Enrollees in Camp Collegiate, Spartan Quest, Young Explorers, and all children 5 years old and under are required to submit the KDHE Health Assessment form and Emergency Medical Release form.
