WHAT IS INDEXED TUITION?

Indexed Tuition is flexible tuition pricing based on a family's specific financial situation. Collegiate follows a confidential process utilizing the Clarity Application to determine a family’s tuition level based on the information that families share in the application, which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts. Families applying for Indexed Tuition are required to complete this review each school year.

Collegiate encourages all families to apply for Indexed Tuition if they think they may qualify. Each family is uniquely analyzed and there is a wide range of family incomes and circumstances that qualify.

TO APPLY FOR INDEXED TUITION ASSISTANCE

  1. Prepare to apply by gathering your most recent federal and state income tax returns (year 2021), including your W2s. Please note that the Indexed Tuition application process is a thorough evaluation of your family’s unique financial circumstances, and thus, the application process will take time to complete.

  2. Contact the Office of Enrollment at enrollment@wcsks.com for a link to the Clarity Application. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly, so you can complete it from anywhere. You are able to save your progress and return at any time as well. 

  3. At the end of the application, there is a $55 fee to submit. If after you click “submit” you do not see a payment screen, you have qualified for a fee waiver. 

  4. Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application. You may need to upload additional tax documentation if prompted to do so. 

  5. The deadline for current families to complete the indexed tuition application, including relevant supplemental documents, is January 5, 2024. Prospective families may apply on a rolling basis, though March 1 is our priority deadline. Families will be contacted regarding their possible Indexed Tuition grant beginning in February.

  6. If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available as well as email support at support@claritytuition.com in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.
