Scholarship Opportunities
A Collegiate education makes an immediate impact and has lifelong value. We want that education to be accessible to families from a broad range of backgrounds. That’s why we are thrilled to offer two scholarship opportunities in addition to our indexed tuition program. We recognize that a private education is a significant investment and do not want tuition to be a barrier for entry. We believe that socioeconomic diversity is critical to our mission to support well-rounded, curious, thoughtful young leaders, ready to navigate and thrive in their communities.

| About Indexed Tuition |
Indexed Tuition is flexible tuition pricing based on a family's specific financial situation. Collegiate follows a confidential process utilizing the Clarity Application to determine a family’s tuition level based on the information that families share in the application, which includes assets, income, expenses, and debts. Families applying for Indexed Tuition are required to complete this review each school year. Grade Level |

| Please note that the Indexed Tuition application process is a thorough evaluation of your family’s unique financial circumstances, and thus, the application process will take time to complete. Contact the Office of Enrollment for a link to the Clarity Application. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly, so you can complete it from anywhere. You are able to save your progress and return at any time as well. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit. If after you click “submit” you do not see a payment screen, you have qualified for a fee waiver. Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application. You may need to upload additional tax documentation if prompted to do so. The deadline for current families to complete the indexed tuition application, including relevant supplemental documents, is January 5, 2026. Prospective families may apply on a rolling basis, though March 1 is our priority deadline. Families will be contacted regarding their possible Indexed Tuition grant beginning in February. If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available as well as email support at support@claritytuition.com in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish. Please know that your personal financial information is kept in the strictest confidence. Scholarships
Any family concerned about affording a Collegiate education is encouraged to apply for indexed tuition and scholarships. Please contact Director of Community Engagement Kathy Rukes with any questions you may have.
Application materials must be submitted by April 15.
| Malone Scholarship |
In May of 2008, the Malone Family Foundation in Colorado established a $2 million endowment at Wichita Collegiate School. The purpose of the endowment was to help make the educational opportunities and experiences at WCS accessible to academically talented students entering Grades 7-9 whose families demonstrate moderate to significant financial need. Inspired by the impact his own high school experience had on his future, Dr. John Malone founded the scholarship program with the hope that other young scholars would be given the same opportunity to reach their potential. We are one of only 50 schools in the country, and the only one in Kansas, that have been designated as a Malone Scholars School.

We are thrilled to announce the establishment of the DeVore Scholars Program, a transformative new scholarship made possible through the generous twelve-year commitment from the DeVore Foundation. This prestigious scholarship will fund up to 95% of tuition during a scholar's Middle School years, ensuring they benefit from the depth of our curriculum and strength of our community. The DeVore Scholars will be chosen through a careful process that reflects Collegiate's enduring commitment to excellence, integrity, and opportunity for all qualified students. By fostering access to exceptional learning opportunities, the DeVore Foundation affirms the fundamental value of preparing students for purposeful leadership and meaningful achievement.
