Join us for a Saturday of learning and fun! Quest is an opportunity for students to engage in an in-depth, day-long scholarly adventure. Led by Collegiate's masterful teachers, students will have the chance to explore topics of interest in new and exciting ways.

What's Happening at WCS

Congratulations to Justin Highbarger, Hannah Rai, Benjamin Brake, Isabella Do Orozco, and Max Salemi (not pictured)! These five Spartans advanced to Finalist status in the National Merit Scholarship Program and are now in contention for Merit Scholarship awards.

Congratulations to Allison Fiegel, our 5th Grade Literature Teacher, for winning the prestigious Golden Apple Award! The award is presented by KAKE-TV and Davis Moore to teachers in KAKEland who "are making a positive difference in our schools" and "who support, motivate, and encourage a lifetime of learning."

On January 18, over 1,200 top band and orchestra students (All-District Performers) from across the state met in Salina to audition for the Kansas Music Educators Association All-State Band, Jazz Band, and Orchestra.  Through an intense audition process, SIX Wichita Collegiate students were recognized at the All-State Musician Level! 

Congrats to the Debate Team for a job well done at the 1-3A State Tournament!  For the first time in WCS history, trophies were won from both the 4-speaker and 2-speaker divisions!

Numerous Scholastic Art Awards were given to WCS Middle and Upper School students in photography, drawing & illustration, digital art, printmaking, painting, mixed media, architecture & industrial design, and portfolio.
