Our application process has been designed to be as easy as possible while still giving us the information we need in order to determine if WCS will be a good fit for the student. Families may APPLY ONLINE at this link, or they may download and submit paper application documents, which are linked below with additional information.

Admission Application Process During the COVID-19 Pandemic

We understand that it can be very difficult to obtain copies of grades, scores from standardized testing, and completed teacher evaluation forms when schools are not in session. In an effort to streamline the process and make things easier, we have made the following changes in our application process:

Application Process for students seeking to enroll in Grades 1-12:

  1. Complete the application online through this link: APPLY ONLINE. Alternatively, families can download and print a paper application, scan and email it to

  2. From the parent portal at the applicant’s current school, download the student’s grades for this year to date (and last year, if possible), as well as scores from any standardized tests taken during that period of time. Scan the grades and score reports, and email them to

  3. We have converted the Teacher Evaluation into a Google form which the WCS admission office can email directly to the teacher you would like to complete the form. Simply send a  message to with the student’s name and the name and email address of the academic teacher you would like to complete the teacher evaluation form.

  4. In the event that the student has not taken any standardized tests, or if additional assessments are needed, Admission Office personnel will contact the family about an assessment that can be  taken and proctored online.

Wichita Collegiate seeks to enroll academically qualified students of good character who are motivated to learn. Because of our challenging curriculum, we conduct admission evaluations to ensure that admitted students will be able to succeed at Collegiate and maximize the opportunities for learning.

Prospective students should demonstrate average or above aptitude, and perform on standardized achievement tests at a minimum at the grade level for which they are applying. WCS accepts applications year round. Enrollment is subject to the availability of space in the desired grade level. Because several grade levels typically fill very quickly, we encourage families to apply as early as possible.

Admission to Wichita Collegiate is need blind, meaning that admission decisions are made solely on the basis of academic ability and behavior, without regard to a family's need for tuition assistance. WCS admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, tuition assistance program, and athletic or other school-administered programs.
