Mr. Tom Davis is Collegiate's Headmaster. Other Administrative Team members are Mrs. Bunny Hill, Assistant Headmaster,  Mrs. Becky O'Hearn, Head of Early Childhood; Mrs. Suze Anne Norton,, Head of Lower School; Dr. Ann Rai, Head of Middle School; Mr. Chris Ashbrook, Head of Upper School; Mr. Kevin Reed (WCS Class of 1977), Director of Operations; Ms. Susie Steed, Director of Admission and Communication; Mrs. Jodi Guillemette, Director of Development and Alumni Relations; Mr. Doug Yanney, Director of Electronic Learning; and Mr. Nick Cusick (WCS Class of 1988), Campus Facility and Activity Manager.

WCS Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the fiscal stability of the school and the appointment and evaluation of the Headmaster. Most Trustees have children attending Collegiate, are alumni, or are parents of alumni.

Officers of the WCS Board of Trustees are Mrs. Joan Moore (WCS Class of 1984), Chair; Mrs. Ellen Beren, Vice Chair; Mr. Ron Mann, Treasurer; and Mr. Ed Dunn, Secretary. Additional Trustees include Mr. Rob Babst, Mrs. Joan Barrett, Mrs. Yolanda Camarena, Dr. Sylvia Orozco-Do, Mr. David Duncan, Mrs. Joan Farha, Ms. Paula Feist Alefs, Mr. Basil Hourani, Mr. Jeff Johnson, Mr. George Laham, Mr. C.J.
