Wichita Collegiate School is a child-centered school with a positive and energetic atmosphere in which the students are focused on learning, doing their best, being good citizens, and being highly involved in school activities. Our students begin their college preparation at age two while actively recognizing the educational value of discovery through play, and continue in a purposeful, carefully sequenced program culminating with acceptance in the university of their choice. The following are some of the results enjoyed by WCS students:
- Over $9 million in merit-based college scholarships were awarded to the 51 members of the Class of 2015
- Mean ACT Score of 27.4, compared to a national average of 20.9
- Mean SAT Score of 1911, compared to a national average of 1498
