Early Childhood Pioneer Day Be watching for a story and pictures of this annual event, which will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011. Students will scatter square dance, play a variety of pioneer games, rope calves and steers, make butter, eat corn bread muffins. peel and eat apples, sing pioneer songs, crush grain, wash clothes on a washboard, observe farm animals, and participate in many other exciting pioneer activities.
